At Humanya we do not work with standard advice. Every organization is unique and requires a tailor-made approach. My years of working experience with organizations has taught me that some methods and tools work better than others. And that what works for one, does not necessarily work well for the other. It is therefore of great importance to formulate an offer that matches the DNA of the organization that is looking for a solution.

Depending on the demand and the DNA of the organization, we work in different ways: process facilitation, direct and concrete advice, training and coaching. These working methods can be combined with each other, depending on what gives the best result at that moment. Below you can find more information on each methodology.

A training or a learning trajectory is always tailor-made, and the working method is always the same: theory is combined with practical and interactive (reflective) exercises.

Coaching

Coaching

Coaching assumes that the client basically knows the answer to a question or situation, but can use external guidance to make that answer explicit through specific work forms and methods.
